Reviews - Bleeding Centre Stage

A Strange People Productions video shot in a domestic living room with the five piece band packed into one end. The images change between colour and black and white as a seemingly uninterested young lady, Becky Shah, walks in and out.

The video, in typical Strange fashion, concentrates mainly on the band and the music. The song itself is strong and is the first track off the album 'Such Is The Way To The Stars'; this video, as required, showcases the music whilst giving the viewer some insight into the band and its members - quite right too!

Strange has kept this shoot very simple with the only effects concentrating on some great warping of walls and doors as the camera zooms and moves around following Becky in and out. Simple, clever and effective! The shoot finishes quite abruptly with the band striking the last bar of the song, putting down their respective instruments and quietly leaving to room. Again, no fuss, no big deal - simple and sweet.

I believe there may be more to come with this video as my copy of this work is labelled 'In Progress' Well if that's the case then the finished article should be well worth seeing. I know Mr.Strange and I also know that he won't go overboard no matter what else he does.
