Human A remixes Frankie Machine
September 29th, 2007 Frankie Machine has just released his long-awaited remix album, which features a reworking of his song I Invented The Walkwoman by one of Human Recordings’ resident knob twiddlers, Human A. The CD comes in handmade packaging and costs just £5, which, I’m sure you’ll agree, is a bargain. Why not buy Frankie Machine’s other albums at the same time? Doing so will make your life better. Remix album tracklist: 01- Gyproque (Plans & Apologies Frankie Panky Mix) More info at www.frankiemachine.com
Ciccone Split
May 29th, 2007 It is with sadness we announce that Ciccone have decided to call it a day. The band’s final show will take place at the Astoria on Wednesday 13th June, supporting Art Brut (Book tickets). This isn’t Hollywood, though. In real life, ends are just new beginnings and so you’ll be please to hear that Rebekah and Micky have formed a new band. Details are under wraps at the moment but your first chance to see this new beast will be at this year’s Truck Festival. Stay up to date with future goings on at www.myspace.com/ciccone And don’t forget that Ciccone did release one classic album through this very label. If you don’t yet own a copy, you should. Get it here.
